AUS Customers Standard Shipping 

We endeavour to post your Kleans within 2 business days. Your tracking will update as soon as your parcel is collected by Australia Post - and should arrive within 7-10 business days from pick up. Please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days. 

International Customers

International Taxes + Duties

Please keep in mind that international orders do not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. The payment of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly as these vary from country to country.

Refusal to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case we reserve the right to charge customers any shipping fees associated.

International shipping can take anywhere for 2-4 weeks in most cases, unfortunatly it is out of our hands once we ship it. Although you will be provided with a tracking number if possible and we will post your item within 2 days of ordering.

Returns

As a small business with a range of high demand, often seasonal pieces we only offer returns for store credit only. Please note that all underwear and sale items are final sale.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have strict protocols for protecting garments in our care from moths. Once items leave our studio and land with you their safe storage is out of our control. Therefore it is important you inform us of any faults detected in the garment within 7 days

If you decide to return any pieces please email us to initiate the process with your order and reason within 10days of receiving your order, please put the item in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. We don’t cover return shipping costs.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached and all product packaging in tact for resale.  Send us back the products neatly packaged in new condition, unworn and with ALL tags and the product's own packaging. Please consider the next person receiving this item, it must be in a resalable condition. Try to re-use the satchel you received the items in. 

Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will send you a Store Credit “Gift Card” (less the cost of shipping $10) which can be redeemed at checkout in full or in part until the total amount is used up. There is no expiry on Store Credits issued.

Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and/or registration.

Refunds
If you qualify for a refund, please allow 2-4 business days to process once your item has been returned, and 2-4 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You’ll receive an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
