For nearly two decades I worked as a financial advisor and business mentor, helping women build real wealth and total independence. On the side, I’ve been deep in movement: ultra-distance running, yoga teaching, and now obsessed with Functional Patterns, fasting, and detox protocols.

I’ve felt firsthand how much the things we put on (and in) our bodies change everything – energy, hormones, clarity, joy.
