Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your products purchased from Kleans you may exchange the item in its original condition for a store credit (less the cost of shipping, $10 within Australia) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us and your store credit will be the value of your purchase less $10 since we offer free shipping at checkout. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. 


Credits will be processed within 4- 7 business days upon receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Please contact us for an exchange. We will then follow through with the next steps. 
Once received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit to purchase your correct item/size.

Refunds
Please note: refunds will only be supplied for manufacturing faults and not for change of mind.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us team@freyasavage.com and a member of our customer service team will assist you. Kleans has feelings too.
